June 29 been busyI have been so busy this last year or two, I ended up doing a hospitality course and was going to work as a cook but, as I was doing this course, I started milking cows part time to get a bit of money and then when I finished the course I got put on full time milking and now I'm just staying milking till I get enough money saved for a holiday overseas. Dad has one of his mates from 30 years ago visiting right now, he didn't know exactly where dad lives but knew he was in Rushy and had asked people in the town if they knew where abouts we were. I went into the city on Friday with a good friend of mine, we had spent about 6 hours shopping which was quite fun, especially for the fact that I actually got to have time off for because I'd only had 1 day off in a little over 2 weeks. oh well, got to sign off here, have fun and don't forget to smile a little!!! October 01 heywell, i finally got here again to put something in my space. I have been so flat out with this hospitality course and I have been milking cows, doing about 6 to 9 milkings a week and I'm telling you now that it gets so hard sometimes with the way the cows act, they don't want to come on the platform so you have to go out there every 5 minutes and you fall behind and you have to try catch up. then when the do eventually come on they start kicking. On Friday night one of the bosses brought 13 heifers from one of the other farms to put in the main herd, the next morning it was so damn hard to get them on the platform (it's only because they've never been there before) but then once they were on they were fine and it was easier cupping them up than the other cows. I had my yearly family reunion yesterday, I got to meet a great Uncle I've never met before and some other reletives. not much else has happened apart from work, work and more work!!! March 31 hi againIt's school holidays now! It's good but it means that I won't have much to do for the next two weeks. Actually, that is a lie (Kind of) I got about 4 or 5 lots of homework as well as my sister coming up with her husband on the Easter weekend and my other sisters' 3 older kids may be coming too! So, in a way it is busy but I might have to just stay home most of the time looking after nieces and nephews and all that jazz.
The football season has just started, which is a bummer coz it means dad will be watching it and, believe me when I say this, it is very annoying because he complains real bad even when his team is doing well (well, I have to say it about whatever teams are playing). I don't know whether I like cricket or football season better, maybe the cricket coz he's not as bad (only by the littlest bit, though.)
It's real quiet here, it is a small town after all!!!
Oh, well! I might as well go now, even though I should try find something else to put in but I can't be bothered!!! March 03 its been ages, i knowwell, its been a few months and i have to admit that i have been soooooo damn slack! i hope everything has been well for everyone. i had a wedding in january (i was the bridesmaid as shes my sister) and it was the best wedding i've been to, the only one except for my uncles when i was i couple of months old (so i dont count it, if you know what i mean).
last weekend i went camping at big river, its got about 25 to 30km of real bendy roads from either way and thats the worst of it, except of course the fact that there were a heap of other campers there (that majorly sucked). i done a bit of swimming and climbing the cliffs (cutting myself up while i was at it) i was just glad mum wasnt watching us doing what we were doing coz she would've been panicking.
the weather has been as hot as usual, but cool nights (which is good).
anyways, i got to get going, hopefully not too long till my next entry this time, jean!!!! November 27 Christmas 2006There is only 4 weeks till Christmas. Gee, it has come around really quick. i hope you all enjoy it as it is a time to party till you drop. i will most likely be in ky over Christmas, having a party with family and friends. i am not sure if i will have time to get on till next year but i sure hope everyone has a resolution starting on the 1st of 2007. pups galorei havent been on the internet for a while and thats why i havent updated my space. when i got on the internet Bernie told me to write an entry, i said no but i am anyways. my dog had her pups about 5 weeks ago and they are really cute but in a very annoying stage, thats probably why they are so cute now, just so that u dont kill them. not that i would really kill them anyways. i have a baby magpie (its not that much of a baby now) and its always play fighting with Jess and her puppies, but it loses all the time coz there are 6 pups onto i magpie. there were 7 pups but my 2 brothers, 1 sister and 1 cousin (who live just out of ky) took the only black female, and they called it knickers coz a guy at their work has a male dog called jocks. my friend is going to have one of the pups and will call him Gerard after a singer in a favourite band. September 06 spring timeSpring came early this year, i think everyone has notice that though. it has been raining since last night, thankfully, we have been needing it for sooooooo long. my older sister is due to have her baby on the grand final weekend but she may not have him till about two weeks later, like the other five kids. i better finish up for now, i hope you are happy Bern!!!!!!!!!! August 14 wowit's been a long time since i have written in here but i have been busy with this children services course, it's good though because i have one more term after this and next term is only first aid. not much else has happened. It's a canarial disease and it's untweetable. January 09 new yearwell, it is 2006! time is flying and before i know it i will be doing my course i have booked in for.
it has been hot lately, it is hotter that last year thats for sure. December 30 Merry ChristmasI hope everyone had a really fantastic Christmas, mine turned out good because I stayed at home all afternoon. my sister came up on boxing day with her husband and five kids and their van broke down so they had to take my brothers car and left their two eldest kids because there wasn't enough room in the car. my niece and nephew stayed with us until wednesday when my other sister came for a day trip. I am going to have a bit of a drink up tomorrow night with an uncle and his three kids. it will be the last time to party for this year of 2005 so everyone better make sure its a good one and I will be back in 2006. December 20 some photosi just put in some photos of the awards night that i went to on November at the community house, its on every year and its always a great night for everyone. December 12 joke of the dayA man and his wife are sitting in the living room and he says to her:

December 02 holiday seasonwell, i finally have the time to write again now that i'm off school and can get to the community house. My vegie garden got eaten from my cow, Blossom, but i dont mind too much i guess because she needs to feed her calf, Flower, my brother is going to take them to his friends place in the next week. September 28 my gardening!!the past two weeks i have been working in my parents vegie/flowers gardens. the snow peas are flowering because my youngest brother planted the seeds months ago. it is so good today coz its been raining most of the day and i dont have to water any of the gardens, except maybe the flowers on the front porch. i got to go now and i'll be on again next week maybe!!!!!!!! |
